Urgent question!!!


Ladies, I have a customer that has not received a $300 order that I sent priority one week ago.

OF COURSE, I forgot to put delivery confirmation or insurance on it. 
Do you know, if I have my receipt, if there is any way they can track my package or at least confirm it was delivered?
I feel so DUMB.

If it was UPS probably..USPS I am not so sure. I certainly would make the call this morning and talk to a regional supervisor.

When I have done things like this I just can't believe myself...it feels so bad!

Did you ship it UPS or Fed Ex. I think you can track it that way. If you shipped in thru the good old post office, I'm not so sure. Try calling them and see what they say.
Such a big order too. ug!

Not sure but worth a try. Hopefully the mail was delayed due to a weekend + MLK holiday

I'm not sure either how it works without a tracking number. I think the post office covers $50 without insurance, but again I'm not for sure. Yes maybe the mail got delayed.
Is this a regular customer?

Since I'm a little late getting to this post- I'm hoping the box showed up.
