Basically she says that our metabolism IS our hormones, No wonder I have such a hot body every night! ( we're talking flashes, that is.)
What she says in the segment makes sense but is still depressing.
Because I have been trying to balance my hormones for quite a few years now, without knowing my metabolism is involved and without much luck.
She did have some good tips though. I think most of us know what we shouldn't be eating, but she pinpointed what we should. I liked her advice, "if it didn't come from a parent (animal) or the ground we shouldn't be eating it!"
Sounds easy! Right.
