Winter remedies

Here are ways I endure the winter, my winter remedies:
  1. Lots and lots of green tea.
  2. Frequent baths, (Epsom of course!)
  3. Platform tennis
  4. Skiing
  5. Red wine
  6. Movies- theater and home
  7. Fires in the fireplace most nights.
  8. Blogging
  9. Facebook
  10. Hugs and Kisses
What helps you survive the darkest, coldest time of the year?

For me its in that feeling when you first slide into bed at night all snug under the covers.

Also the smell of a latte when you take the lid off outside on a cold morning.

I simply enjoy the moment and my surroundings, spending time with Gary, Kelly, family and friends near and far (blog).

HI! I'm back----but can't stay. I just wanted to thank-you soooo much for my little surprise, I love it, and the bracelet!! I will tell all about my trip when I get a chance, probably this weekend. I have no time at all right now. My son and husband are going to Park City tomorrow morning to go skiing, and I have to help them pack tonight. They leave for the airport at 3 a.m.! We just got home last night from Florida. I just wanted to let you know I got my goodies-----------THANKS!!

Snuggly clothes, an apple a day, the electric blankie, blogging, tweets, and Facebook! And this year the Lilly Stationery has kept us hopping so much we have to put it on the list, because that was a new one for us!

I was at the local drug store today (getting a RX filled for the strep that has moved into my house)and saw Epsom salt and thought of your post. I have never had a bath that included Epsom salt. What's the deal, you have me curious???
