Have a seat,

Which one?

I love the "old school" feel of the first, white Adirondack chair. I picture two of them out on our front lawn with a little table between so that we have a place for our pitcher of iced tea.

On the other hand, I can see my husband and I sitting on the bench watching the fire flies while we sip our wine.

Now the red chair with the ottoman? Two of those, the Sunday NY Times, and hot coffee...
Nap time would soon follow :)

Do you have a dream chair?

Fire flies???? I'll be right over! They never made it over the Rockies.

I love adirondack chairs. Every year I look at them and change my mind on colors. LOL... so I don't own any yet. LOL... We have a couple of wine barrel chairs, I'm sure you have seen around. Very comfy and easy to store, they fold up after the season. The only thing I should have protected them the wine red stain, now they are the grey worn color from the sun. Not a bad thing but I like the deep burgundy and smell of wine. LOL...

Have a safe and fun lonnnnng weekend my friend! oxox

I love the white one. I have been wanting to get two of them for the top of our hill in Maryland to look out over the water. Maybe this year or next.
I hope you and your family have a great Memorial Day weekend Patty!
XOXO

When I drive my daughter to dance, there are 3 chairs perched on a hill, on a stunning property and I just want to stop, and take a seat...
There is a seat at the NY Botanical Gardens that I love.

It's actually more of a dream lounge, but the concept is the same Miss Preppy, and we are in sync with the Times, something to drink, soon followed by a little nap. :)
