But hate doing laundry. What has really helped has been the stainless steel table I got from a restaurant supply company. It is higher than a normal table so I don't have to bend while folding and there is a shelf at the bottom so that all my laundry baskets are off the floor.
Recommend it!

Love it it's perfect!
I have one of those tables! It was the ONLY piece of furniture I kept when I moved abroad, because I knew if I ever moved back, it'd be one piece I'd want again. It came out of a commerical kitchen, and you could tell that some poor prep cook stood at the same place each day chopping.
I use it as a desk now, and it's got a shelf under it and that's where the dog sleeps when I am working.
xo
You have a great place to do laundry. If I ever have enough room for a folding table, I'm going to remember your tip and go to the restaurant supply store for one. I also like the bulletin board above your table.
love it !! our new house has a big laundry roomand i have yet to organize it.....need ot.
Lucky! I've always wanted a cute, well organized laundy/mud room.
You know we "HAD" one too, when Phil was doing his chocolate creations and pulled sugar for restaurants and hotels, it had a marble top (for tempering) ... I have absolutely NO idea where it went... now I can't stop thinking of it... I'd LOVE it in my basement today! I'm sure he gave it away... :(
