I don't have a single iris in my garden, but my grandmother had hundreds. Lilacs and tulips don't grow that well in the South, doesn't get cold enough, so I miss them. Tulip bulbs have to be replaced so often, they're more like annuals than perennials. I think there's only one kind of lilac that can be planted here.

I always loved peonies--we had bunches of them when I was a kid and I made millions of bouquets.Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03575824415627306078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-979549460973710526.post-72815580389979620792009-05-12T23:31:00.000-07:002009-05-12T23:31:00.000-07:00gardinas for sure had them at my wedding also but ...gardinas for sure had them at my wedding also but I love hydranias, oh and daisy too!Formerly known as Frauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12798890008067408048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-979549460973710526.post-24594123611158444332009-05-12T21:51:00.000-07:002009-05-12T21:51:00.000-07:00Lilacs have always been a favorite since I was a y...Lilacs have always been a favorite since I was a young girl.
